  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification here with the following details:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district where KindlyLearn is located, if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of that person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
